Responsible Service of Alcohol
Pommiebasher supports the responsible service of alcohol.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
You must be over the age of 18 to place an order online or over the phone or to receive a delivery
Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act , 1998. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years ( Penalty exceeds $7,000 ), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor( Penalty exceeds $600)
Your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your offer by the holder of the liquor licence, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age and the availability of the liquor.
New South Wales
Under the Liquor Act 2007, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years
Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must not be supplied to persons under the age of 18
Under the Liquor act, 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to persons under the age of 18 years
Under the Liquor Act 1998,it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or attempt to purchase liquor.
Initially delivery options will be restricted to Metropolitan Melbourne ; by prior agreement, delivery will be extended outside Metropolitan Toronto . A flat fee of $12 will be charged for delivery within that area .
Where subject to prior payment and agreement, liquor may be collected from a central storage point
Delivery within Metropolitan Toronto will be within 3-7 days of order and payment
What represents a case?
A case comprises 24 x 330 cl bottles of beer
On payment, you can request that your delivery be left in at a specified location if no one is home. Pommiebasher will request on order and payment that you specify a location
Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card instead of your order if;
There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the order in a safe place
No proof of age is available on delivery to the home

Our returns policy includes rights under Australian Consumer Law;
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law;
“ You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In the event the goods are faulty, wrongly described, damaged or breach a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money or exchange the product on proof of original purchase.
We will incur the cost of returns solely where the goods supplied were faulty or the wrong goods delivered
